Apartment “Merica“ is situated in the city of Split, a city included into the UNESCO list of World Heritage Sites. It is positioned in the city centre, only 200 m distance from the Diocletian palace, a part of a peaceful part of the city and only 50 m from the main city street and has a good access and available parking lots.
Apartment is 35m2 big and makes part of a stone made house which is a part of a family neighbourhood and only about 500 m from the city beach Bačvice. It is an ideal place for a holiday because all the means of transport are available for this site (only about 5 minutes away from each of them) which enables one-day trips to Trogir, national park Krk, islands such as Brač and Hvar.
Apartment can receive up to 4 people. It has got two units. One is a bedroom with a sofa bed for two, a private bathroom, television, kitchen and refrigerator. The other unit is a bedroom for two people, a television, mini refrigerator and a private bathroom. Both rooms are air-conditioned. The big terrace offer a nice and fresh atmosphere during the summer since it is positioned near the beach and a soft summer breeze is always there. One parking lot is available in the yard in front of the house.
